I work with adult individuals (18-60) via Telehealth Therapy (Online) from various backgrounds, particularly passionate about working with marginalized and disenfranchised communities, including but not limited to:

  • Women (Womyn)/Femme-Identified

  • Multiracial and mixed-race individuals
  • Queer-identified, lesbian, gay, bisexual communities
  • Trans-, gender-queer, gender-neutral, gender-nonconforming communities
  • Plus-Sized and Fat-identified individuals
  • College-Aged

  • Cultural identity

  • Life, career, school transitions

  • Trauma (current, previous, generational)

Online Therapy has been around for several years and as individuals and couples are on-the-go, seeing your therapist has come easier to come by, with the ability to meet you where you are, virtually (*as long as you are in a safe and confidential space).


Similar to traditional therapy, face-to-face therapy will be provided, BUT you will not have to physically come into the office. Instead, you can do therapy in the comfort of your own home. You save on time, energy, gas, and some additional fees, allowing you to put the additional funds into your mental health.

There will always be HIPAA compliant materials used because your confidentiality is paramount.
