Therapy

I provide therapy to adults (ages 18–60) from diverse backgrounds. I am particularly passionate about supporting marginalized and disenfranchised communities, including but not limited to:

  • People of color

  • Women / womyn / femme-identified individuals

  • Men / masc-identified individuals

  • Multiracial and mixed-race individuals

  • Queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and pansexual communities

  • Trans, gender-queer, gender-neutral, and gender-nonconforming individuals

  • Plus-sized and fat-identified individuals

  • College-aged adults

I specialize in creating an affirming, client-centered therapy environment where all individuals feel seen, respected, and supported. My goal is to provide culturally responsive, inclusive therapy that addresses mental health, emotional well-being, and the unique challenges faced by each community I serve.

I provide therapy to support adults in navigating a variety of mental health and life challenges, including:

  • Depression and low mood

  • Anxiety and stress management

  • Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries

  • Experiences of oppression, discrimination, and systemic bias

  • School or work-related challenges

  • Cultural and ethnic identity exploration

  • Gender identity and expression

  • Familial and relational stress

  • Life, career, and academic transitions

  • Trauma (current, past, or generational)

  • Body image, self-esteem, and body positivity

Online therapy has become an accessible and effective way to receive mental health support, especially for individuals and couples with busy schedules. Virtual sessions allow you to meet with your therapist from the comfort of your own home—as long as you are in a safe and confidential space—making therapy more convenient and flexible.

Similar to traditional in-person therapy, online therapy provides the same quality of care, guidance, and support, but eliminates the need to travel. This can save you time, energy, and travel costs, allowing you to invest more directly in your mental health and well-being.

All online sessions use HIPAA-compliant platforms and materials, ensuring that your privacy and confidentiality remain a top priority.

Important: TeleTherapy is not appropriate if you are experiencing active suicidal ideation.  If you are currently experiencing suicidal ideation, please consider the following resources and traditional therapy in lieu of online therapy if you are in crisis at this time:
